For Churches — Ancora

For churches

Your board should not have to guess.

Sound, lighting, sightlines and staging are the largest line outside the shell — and the one no volunteer board is equipped to evaluate. We were technical director and AV manager before we ever priced a roof.

Why us

Ministry work, from the inside.

Julio was invited as creative with Visioneering Studios on church design-build, and worked as technical director and AV manager before ever pricing a roof. He understands how a ministry decides, how it raises, and how it builds.

  • Mariners Chapel and church projects nationally, with Visioneering Studios
  • Museum of the Bible drywall and painting scopes priced
  • Technical direction sound, lighting and staging run in live rooms, not specified from a catalogue

Straight answers

What boards actually ask us.

Our contractor says the number is fine.

It may well be. An independent review either confirms that — which is worth knowing before a congregation votes — or finds the gap while it is still cheap to fix. We have no stake in who builds it.

Nobody on our board reads construction drawings.

That is the entire reason this exists. You get one advocate who reads the set the way the architect intended it and translates it into a number the board can vote on without guessing.

We are raising in phases.

Then the building should be priced in phases. We stage the estimate to match the campaign, so construction follows the giving instead of outrunning it.
